Terms & Conditions

​​By participating in Student Athletes Unlocked - Lottery, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application or entering the lottery.

Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in Florida, USA.

• Be currently enrolled as a student at a university in Florida. 

• Be an active member of the university's athletic team.

Proof of enrollment and team membership may be required upon request. Entries that do not meet these criteria will be disqualified.

How to Enter

To enter the lottery, participants must submit their application via the form provided here.

Each participant may submit only 1 [one] entry.

Prize

The prize for winning the "Student Athletes Unlocked" lottery is a Free Sports Performance Hypnosis Package, consisting of:

• Initial client intake and goal setting session

• Up to 3 hypnosis sessions tailored to your specific goals and challenges

• Including .mp4 recordings of our sessions for self- hypnosis.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection

The winner will be notified by email and/ or phone if phone number is provided.

The winners will be selected within 7 days after the application deadline (January15 th,2025).

If a winner does not respond within 1 (one) week of notification, a new winner will be selected.

Liability

Neither Transformation To the Core, brand of To The Core Consulting LLC nor the company's owner Kristin Schleicher is responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical issues that may affect your entry.

By entering, participants agree to release Transformation To the Core, brand of TO The Core Consulting LLC and its affiliates from any liability for any harm, injury, or loss that may result from participation in the lottery or receipt of a prize.

This includes, but is not limited to, information provided during the application process, such as your name, contact details, and story submissions. Your data will be securely stored and used solely for the purposes of administering the lottery, contacting winners, and improving our services. Transformation To the Core, brand of To The Core Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the lottery at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes arising from participation in this lottery shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
